Your Solution To Your Bird Issues Starts here

Inspection fees are based on total travel time from our primary office location at 1955 NE 58th Ave, Des Moines, Iowa, to your facility and return. Travel time is calculated using your site address and standard routing via Google Maps.This inspection is designed to provide far more than a visual overview of existing bird activity. During the assessment, we will:

• Identify all known bird issues at the facility  

• Evaluate areas of potential or developing bird pressure not yet identified  

• Answer questions and discuss appropriate bird control strategies  

• Determine which control solutions are best suited for your specific structure and bird pressure situation  

• Take measurements as needed to develop an accurate and detailed project estimate  

Bird control solutions vary by facility, structure type, and species involved; therefore, a thorough inspection is required to determine the correct approach.
If the project is approved, 50% of the inspection fee will be credited toward the final project cost.Inspection fees are due within 10 days of the inspection. Payment at the time of inspection is preferred.

• Up to 2 hours total travel: $300.00  
• 2–4 hours total travel: $650.00  
• 4–6 hours total travel: $1,000.00  
• 6–8 hours total travel: $1,500.00  
• 8–10 hours total travel: $2,000.00

For travel exceeding 10 hours, fees will be based on actual round-trip airfare plus overnight travel expenses, billed accordingly.
