Controlling Birds With Bird Netting

Netting is for all bird pressures

Bird Net is an effective pigeon, starling, sparrow, etc control method that keeps birds out of areas they like to roost or nest in.

Bird Net is a commercial bird netting solution that keeps birds away whether they are light pressure (only there once in awhile), medium pressure (somewhat committed to a spot), or heavy pressure (they are willing to fight you to stay). It is 100% Humane. It is a harmless, impenetrable barrier against all pest birds.

We know how to get rid of pigeons and how to get rid of birds.

Benefits of Netting

  1. Effective against all bird species
  2. Highly resistant to ultraviolet rays
  3. Flame-resistant (also available in flame proof)
  4. Available in 3 colors: black, stone (beige), and white
  5. Low profile installation system
  6. Twine is twisted and knotted for greater strength
  7. Specified on historical properties
  8. Long-term permanent solution
  9. When installed correctly there is no drooping and is nearly invisible

Bird netting is a versatile and effective solution for controlling bird populations and protecting various areas from bird-related issues. Here are some of the key benefits of installing bird netting:

  1. Crop Protection: Bird netting is commonly used in agriculture to protect crops from birds. It serves as a barrier that prevents birds from reaching and damaging fruits, vegetables, and other crops, helping farmers maintain higher yields.
  2. Building Protection: Bird netting can be installed around buildings and structures to prevent birds from nesting or roosting. This helps protect the structure from damage caused by bird droppings, corrosive substances in bird droppings, and nesting activities.
  3. Health and Safety: Bird droppings can carry diseases and create slippery surfaces. Bird netting helps reduce the health risks associated with bird droppings by preventing them from accumulating in areas where people live, work, or walk.
  4. Aircraft Safety: Birds can pose a significant risk to aircraft during takeoff and landing. Bird netting around airports helps to create a bird-free zone, reducing the likelihood of bird strikes and enhancing aviation safety.
  5. Food Processing Facilities: Bird netting is commonly used in the food industry to protect processing facilities and storage areas from contamination caused by birds. This is particularly important for industries such as food processing and packaging.
  6. Aquaculture Protection: Bird netting is employed in aquaculture to prevent birds from preying on fish and other aquatic species. It helps maintain the integrity of fish farms and protects the valuable aquatic resources.
  7. Historical and Cultural Sites: Bird netting is used to protect historical buildings, monuments, and cultural sites from damage caused by bird activities. This helps preserve the architectural integrity of these sites.
  8. Aesthetic Preservation: Bird netting is often used in urban environments to preserve the aesthetic appeal of structures and public spaces by preventing birds from roosting or nesting in these areas.
  9. Cost-Effective: Installing bird netting is a cost-effective solution compared to other bird control methods. It provides long-term protection and reduces the need for constant cleaning and maintenance associated with bird-related issues.
  10. Environmentally Friendly: Bird netting is generally considered environmentally friendly as it does not harm birds. It provides a humane way to manage bird populations and protect various environments without resorting to lethal measures.

Installation

Our team is knowledgeable of the netting and its components to ensure the netting is properly installed. This prevents drooping of the net so the birds cannot get up along the side of the netting.

We secure a cable system to the perimeter of the structure and attach the netting with rings.  Most nets have to be custom installed to fit each situation. We can install both pigeon netting near me and bird netting near me.

Warranty

2 year standard installation warranty.

10 Year Warranty on black color netting from the Manufacturer against netting tearing when installed to manufacturer specifications and by a authorized installer.

Netting is a great solution, but not always the correct one. We evaluate every situation to determine the most effective product.  Shock Track, Bird Wire, Bird Coil, Eagle Eyes, Daddi Long Legs, or Bird Spikes can offer solutions depending upon the location and bird pressure.

The Midwest Bird Control Team are experts at determining the correct products to get the desired results.
